I work with clients who’ve been failed by quick-fix nutrition advice and are ready for something more sustainable. My background blends clinical nutrition with functional medicine — but I’m not interested in selling supplement stacks or unproven “personalisation” panels.

Most of my clients come to me with gut symptoms, autoimmune diagnoses, or metabolic concerns. The first thing we usually do is simplify, not complicate — strip back the noise, look at what’s actually on the plate, and rebuild from a foundation that’s both evidence-based and livable.

I’m direct with clients about what the research supports, what’s promising but unproven, and what’s marketing. If you’re looking for someone who’ll tell you what you want to hear, I’m probably not the right fit. If you want a practitioner who’ll be honest with you and work alongside you for the long haul, we’ll get along well.
